Timing Recovery and Frequency Offset Estimation for ª¤OFDM System

Abstract: OFDM is sensitive to timing recovery and frequency offset estimation, current nonª²dataª²aided estimation methods don't work well on multipath channel. Based on the analysis of the current methods, a new method is proposed and simulated. The simulation results show that the mean square error of the timing and frequency

 offset estimation for proposed method is superior to that of the maximum likelihood and ensemble correlation methods.
