November 2 One-day excursion to The Great Wall and Ming Tombs (tickets may be purchased at US$46, Lunch is included)

Venue

The conference will be held at the Central Garden Hotel, an international four –star hotel , it includes an impressive 21-storey hotel tower and 3 blocks of VIP villas complimented by beautiful garden and a unique, fully-equipped recreational club house. The Central Garden Hotel located in Xizhimen Wai Street, north of Beijing Zoo and 35km away from the Capital International Airport.

Accommodations

The Organizing Committee has reserved a number of standard rooms at advantageous rates in the Central Garden Hotel, the Standard Room rate is US$58/night

Registration fee covers admission to the conference, reception, refreshments and a copy of the proceedings.

Weather

The temperature is around 12℃ during the day, and 4℃ at night at the end of October.

Visas

All travelers to China must have a valid visa. Visas may be obtained from the Chinese Consulate in most major cities of the world. Conference registrants will be mailed an official invitation letter to be used for visa application.
